The Niehaus Family Center utilizes our Corporate Work-Study Program, career exposure programming, and professional skills development to provide transformative opportunities to our students and to our college-enrolled alumni.

Corporate Work-Study Program
Through the Corporate Work-Study Program, all of our students work one day a week in a professional office environment, contributing meaningful work to the partner, gaining four years of resume experience and career exposure, and earning a portion of their DBCR tuition scholarship.
Over 200 companies and organizations in a range of industries are part of the Corporate Work-Study Program, developing their talent pipelines, investing in local workforce development, and providing life-changing opportunities for hard-working young people.

Alumni Career Resources
Our support does not end at high school graduation – we work closely with our alumni in college to provide guidance, resources, and internship opportunities for their career journey.
One example is our Alumni Mentors Program, pairing first-year college students with professionals/retirees for college and career mentorship and guidance.
