Workdays
Students work once a week from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Academic schedules are structured to ensure they never miss class. Typically, students go to work according to grade level. For example, Seniors head to work on Tuesdays, Juniors on Thursdays/Fridays, and Sophomores on Wednesdays. In lieu of a traditional work study job, every Monday the Freshmen participate in a weekly “Leadership Academy”. This program teaches core-professional skills—preparing students to confidently enter the workforce as Sophomores.

"I have the distinct pleasure of being the direct manager for a student intern. Our approach is to sponsor the same student all four years of high school to ensure a steady pattern of growth and development. Each year, additional responsibilities are given and a higher level of tasks are assigned. The student intern works hard academically and has the desire to learn and develop professional skills. It's a win-win for the intern – and our company."

“Emily Rodriquez was one of our first Don Bosco students. She was so fabulous that we’ve hired her during the summer while she was in high school. After graduating, I kept in touch with her while she was in college. I am proud to say that the firm hired Emily in February as my Records and Information Governance Analyst. I interviewed four other candidates and hands down Emily was the best selection. Thank you!”
